I had a wonderful experience at Randy’s. I called on a Monday, got an appointment for Tuesday morning. I had a loud whistle noise coming from my Sprinter after a mechanic had changed the throttle body. The previous mechanic was trying to tell me it was the turbo (which was only 3 years old). The guys at Randy’s had a look at it, found the issue was missing bolts and fixed it. I was in and out within 4 hours and they charged me a very reasonable price. Highly recommend for travelers especially for sprinters because there are no specialist in this town,

Just lost a customer with four cars who spent thousands on fixes and maintenance. I brought my car for an oil change and to diagnose the ticking noise. They told me they had 3 slots in the morning. The car was dropped off at 8:30 am. I never heard from them the whole day. They never called and kept the car over night. When I picked up the car, not even an apology. $300 for an oil change. Never again.

Took my truck in to have it looked at because I was having a problem with it not starting. I understand places being understaffed and maybe that was the case the day I went in because the mechanic never gave me the time of day. Didn’t want to hear what was actually happening, which could have possibly helped him come to the right conclusion. They wanted to charge me 4k without significant proof that what was diagnosed was the actual issue. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion and thank goodness I did because sure enough what they wanted to charge me for was not the problem at all.

Randy’s was great! They got us scheduled immediately, which was very much appreciated given the long road trip we were on. Drew very quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed with an hour or so. He also was great at explaining exactly what the problem was, how he was going to fix it and the follow up we’d need to do. The breakfast recommendation was an added bonus. I highly recommend Randy’s! If I lived in Flagstaff, it would be my ‘go to’ shop, no question.

We were visiting Flagstaff and on our way there our Turbo went out on our 2016 Ram 2500. We called Randy’s and they got us in the next morning. All the people we dealt with were professional and courteous. They were able to diagnose the problem the first day and kept us apprised of every step of the repair process. We are very happy with the service we received and their customer service was top notch.
